Life Groups

We believe that meeting together in small groups during the week can be a really helpful and encouraging way to deepen our relationship with God and with one another and so we encourage all our church members to come along to one of our Life Groups.

We currently have three Life Groups running on the following days:

  • Tuesday Life Group: Tuesdays at 2pm in Hersham (contact Phil)
  • Wednesdy Life Group : Wednesdays at 7.45pm in Hersham led by Phil & Heather Fellows (contact Phil)
  • Thursday Life Group : Thursdays at 8pm in Hersham led by Andy & Tori Pinks (contact Phil)

During our Life Groups this term we will be looking at 1 Corinthians and you can pick up a book for the series from the church.  We also take time each week to talk with and pray for each other as we seek to grow in our relationships with God and one another.

Life Groups meet on the first three weeks of the month and in the last week of the month we get together as a church for Thursday night prayer to seek God together for our church, our community and the wider world.  See the calender for upcoming dates.

We are taking a break from Life Groups during August but our new Life Groups launch  in the w/c 3rd September 2018.  If you are interested in joining a Life Group please e-mail Phil.

Gifting Questionnaire

As a church we are passionate about working together and we recognise that God has gifted us each in different ways to serve one another in the church and the community around us.  We held a Gifting Day in January 2018 with a speaker from Esther Ministry to remind us how God has plans for each of to us to be involved in the work of His Kingdom.  As part of the day we did a gifting questionnaire to help us identify where God has already equipped us to serve.  If you missed the day you can click on this link to do the questionnaire yourself.  Why not e-mail Heather with the results, as over the coming months we hope to build up groups of people with different gifts such as evangelism and pastoral care so that we can better serve God in the church together.
